BHO FIGHTS LIGHT POLLUTION
Buckhorn Observatory promotes the use of responsible lighting including full-cut-off outdoor lights for home and commercial use.
On May 6, 2008 John Crossen of Buckhorn Observatory made a presentation to Galway-Cavendish & Harvey Township Council to urge their adoption of lighting standards. Since then, he has spoken to a number of groups to support the introduction of light pollution standards and bylaws.
